MagicForm offers the service but does not own the collected data. The user is responsible for the data collected and is therefore the data controller for respondent data.

  • We store the data from your forms, including questions and responses, and provide tools for managing this data.

You can easily delete data in your MagicForm account. If you submit a form, kindly ask the form owner (the user) about how long your responses will be kept in MagicForm and request deletion of your information. We honor all deletion requests, and any form data deleted by the user is permanently removed.

Our Privacy Policy emphasizes that when personal data is submitted through a MagicForm form, the user of the form holds responsibility for this data. MagicForm actively processes this data on behalf of the user. MagicForm users can easily exercise their rights with us, while respondents are encouraged to reach out to the individual or organization that created the form.
